Background
MindMaster Chess™ was developed in response to studies concerning modern chess. Many studies have been done on the benefits of chess. However what caught our attention were two specific studies.
One study found 84% of people when first exposed to chess, found it too complicated or too hard for them. A second recent national study found 60% of people believed there should be an easier way to teach chess.
We believe MindMaster Chess™ addresses both of these studies. We believe these studies expose the lost opportunity of young or old are missing. The opportunity to develop, to exercise their minds, in an enjoyable and fun way.
Opportunity Denied
Chess clubs attract only those that are predisposed to chess, that know or play chess. What about those 84% or 60% mentioned above? MindMaster Chess™ mission is to try to include them in all of the benefits and joy of playing chess.
